At Go West, we are a micro-batch, family-owned roastery where each bag of coffee is roasted individually with meticulous care. Our technique involves carefully adjusting airflow and gas levels throughout the roast to gently coax out the beans' best flavors. While ordering our first drum roaster was a major milestone, we continue experimenting and refining our methods, forever students of this artisanal process.

We source our beans from respected importers, focusing on the freshest seasonal crops available. But our mission goes beyond creating an exceptional coffee experience.
